      Pros

      Had a good local group of people who were all hard-working and supportive. Great office with a fairly-relaxed work environment.

      Cons

      Near constant turnover. The resources were never put in place for success. Slow to remove poor performers, stifling progress. Benefits are a complete disaster. No training program. Drive-by senior management.

      Great people, free sodas/waters, oil company parties, fun get togethers, training

      Cons

      little to zero communication, terrible pay, empty promises, upper mgt in Canada unaware of how to process 401K etc, belittling from upper mgt in office, etc, impatient

      Non-stop busy it's a good work out everyday.

      Cons

      expensive insurance with high deductible so poor benefits. one week on one week off but no overtime pay. Fun coworkers but poor management.
