None really. The worst is probably the fact that the recent drop in oil prices has affected their plans for growth which has caused a slowdown in expansion.

Oilfield construction at it's best! Fast paced environment, long hours and good pay! Excellent support from the home office. Excellent variety of work.

The usual things, long hours, difficult working conditions, challenges getting the parts needed on schedule. Overall though, nothing was unmanageable and management was supportive.
