Pros
For pros, not much but being there a few years you could say the company went into a cycle of growth and then loss. At first there were pros of working there because the company was doing great when I first joined and had alot of work with a real positive atmosphere (an actually "fun" promising place to work before it turned more like a morgue). Then the company work went slowly downhill after getting acquired by another company shuffled the leadership positions. Then it really quickly ascended once they shifted very inexperienced contract department employees into senior and executive VPs to refill the leadership positions. So the last year there, the company still had very little real leadership (can't think of any) making awfully bad business and employee decisions so there was no growth and a majority of very unhappy employees.
Cons
Stay away because this is a UNSTABLE WORKPLACE in alot of ways. They lost a very large amount of business and contract and staff employees very quickly in the past few years so there was very low employee moral and confidence in senior leaders. Because, the leaders did not give any indication to employees that they can manage the company or the employees properly at all due with their actions. So a lot of the employees had become hopeless and fearful and also because there is definite favoritism for contract employees because the company was run by the 2 contract VPs (the CEO is usually out of town working on his other company's) and there was definite mistreatment of the other department employees.
