Pros

Possibly gain some experience Helps you to develop a thick skin Flexibility due to lack of management Allowed to listen to music Occasionally drinks will be paid for at happy hours

Cons

There was a time when SEO Inc. was a well-respected SEO agency. Those days are long gone due to the CEO’s (Garry Grant) lack of respect for employees, vision and work ethic. If he had spent less money (company’s money) and time on his house and racing cars, and instead focused on the business and his hard working team, SEO Inc. might have had a chance. - No leadership - No training - No incentives - Health Benefits are so so - Low compensation - Project Managers are given more clients then they can handle - anywhere from 15 to 25 per PM - CEO makes false promises to clients. Makes grand promises and charges top dollar. When expectations can't be met, he blames it on the employee/PM - Extremely HIGH turnover - The office smells terrible - CEO is extremely unprofessional - The office is extremely dirty - CEO’s unqualified family members are hired as he does not want to spend the money to get experienced individuals. - No food or snacks provided - Company meetings are a joke - Hard work is not rewarded - Employees usually pay for themselves at company events and happy hours
