      If you're the type of person that likes to hit the ground running on projects, and thrives on little management or structure. If you can hit the ground running with ideas, you'll see your contributions spotlighted.

      Cons

      Typically bottleneck management structure, you'll be managing a lot and your role will never be clearly defined. Opportunity for growth is ambiguous, there's no clear cut path for a promotion.

      Pros

      If there's one thing that management is looking for, I'd say it's initiative. In this industry, creativity is common, skills can be honed, experience can come later, but you have to have the initiative to put your ideas into action and tell management exactly what you need from them.

      Talent rises to the top, so it can get competitive.
