      I have been working for SEOP for the past 4 years, I noticed one thing that is very important to have in order for you to grow and achieve your goals with SEOP, and that is "dedication", if you don't have it, then most likely you will stay in the same level where you started!

      Pros

      If there's one thing that management is looking for, I'd say it's initiative. In this industry, creativity is common, skills can be honed, experience can come later, but you have to have the initiative to put your ideas into action and tell management exactly what you need from them.

      Talent rises to the top, so it can get competitive.
