Creativity is encouraged. Small team environment. Committee work is helping to try new areas to branch out into. The people can be a great plus if you find friends. The university covers tuition for master's degree after some time in the role.

The culture is not very welcoming of new approaches. Very top-heavy decision making. Expressing support but when it's needed it's no longer available. No opportunity for career growth.
