Many of your colleagues will be of the highest calibre, and there is a lot of emphasis on sharing knowledge amongst each other.

If you are looking to learn or improve your skills this is not the place to do it. There are so few resources that nobody ahs time to give feedback on anything. If there is an internal issue or you need support from the higher ups they never come through. They have a tendency to tell you what you need to hear to make you feel good in the moment. It's almost like they put on a show to bamboozle you out of their office, but then nothing happens.
