SFW interview questions

Two rounds, first one with a developer and a service desk manager to explain the role and give a short development test (easy to anyone who can program), then an interview with a senior member of staff to determine if you're a good culture fit. Found out on the same day that I got the job.

I sent of my CV and was contacted in a few days to have a telephone interview that covered the company. I was then brought in for my first interview, which was very relaxed and not that difficult, in-addition I had to sit an IT basic test and if you come from a computer science background you should be fine. It's more to see what you may need help with later on. After the first interview, I had the second and final interview which was more difficult to the previous one. They pay for your expenses to travel to the interview process.
