Honest, friendly and relaxed - Anonymous employee SFW Employee Review

SFW attempts to be as honest as possible with clients and employees, SFW want to impress their clients, and wherever possible try to exceed expectations. I've even seen clients being refunded when projects run significantly under budget. There is a good comradery amongst staff, with most employees more than happy to support one another. Compared to many in this sector, SFW benefits from having virtually no office politics. The company has also significantly reduced its bureaucracy over the past few years, enabling a slicker and more responsive service. Very relaxed and flexible working hours, with staff given a superb work/life balance. Very rare for staff to be heavily overworked (a single project is the norm, two simultaneous project the exception). This allows staff to really focus on the current work at hand, and not have to multi-task multiple clients and projects. Unlike many organisations in IT & Digital, SFW requires staff to work their contracted hours only (you don't get made to feel guilty for leaving on time). One of the few companies I have worked who I wouldn't hesitate purchasing services from.
