I worked here for just under a year and only took the role out of desperation after being unemployed for about three months. The company is incredibly disorganized and suffers from a major lack of leadership. Outside of a couple of leaders (not on my team), most people were difficult to trust. I honestly didn’t meet many peers who seemed to like their jobs—most people appeared to be sticking it out because the market is rough.
