Worst company to work for - Financial Reporting SHEIN Employee Review

The Singapore finance accounting and reporting team is incredibly mismanaged. You will be blamed for everything and given a low performance grade if you work any less than 12 hours a day. And even if you work overtime, you will still be scolded the entire time. The work culture is incredibly toxic and the job scope is a complete mess. Yearly increments given to top employees are far below the market average. There is no future for your career if you come to work here. Please be warned.
