Sick hires interesting people who seem to genuinely care about each other. The organization, for the most part, seems fairly flat compared to other companies. If you have a good idea and take the initiative to push it up the ladder people will listen. Trusting results-oriented company Solid products and name recognition within the industry. Remote working environment
Cons
Company is going through changes and developing processes, there are some growing pains and opportunities involved in that. Political battles within different divisions of company can be distracting... but get used to it, this is every corporation
