Pros
A very few genuine technical experts are still there. A good brand name (which is about to spoil soon). A good canteen and food in Pune location. (actually not related to be a good company)
Cons
Most of the managers are with high head weight and there is no proper method to uplift the next level of employees. From the junior most employee to senior most, all are running behind sales figure, but no body care about technical knowledge. Worst part is in every 3-6 months there will be a restructure in organization and you will find a new boss. So forget about your talent showcase by your boss. Promotion can only happen if the senior person will move or resign and you are with very high luck. No proper system in central. All the teams will have their own system to implement. So all are spending 25% time in work and 75% time in documentation and meeting. No guidance or hand hold from your manager but all are very okay to judge your performance.
