Very policy oriented ; detailed training programs and objective so someone's career not limited by their specific managers. Great resources to aid remotely - including societies, bulletin boards, internal journals. Wide career range and geographic locations to work in Dual career options - movement of both spouse and employee Great use of intranet options - almost all things are accessible outside the office. Great maternity global policy.
Cons
- Very high work expectations - Flexibility options are location specific whereas is much more implemented in other oil and gas companies. - Even though structures are in place to allow for growth and promotion managers still have large influence. - Little emphasis on personal considerations.
