Pros
SMART was a great place to work while I was there with supportive coworkers and management, they were great about working around your schedule if you had personal matters to attend to. I loved the technology and will always be an advocate for SMART products.
Cons
The company is always changing their org structure making it feel as though you aren't very secure in your role. I was in a great role with a wonderful team but they had to dissolve my entire department which resulted in a large layoff, You always think that it won't be you who gets laid off but with so many changes, you never know.
