Pros
Generally pleasant management (depending on location of course), opportunities to progress should you wish to. Not a very stressful job if you don’t allow small things to get to you (mildly rude customers etc.) Pays quite well considering how easy the job is.
Cons
The odd difficult customer, but nothing major! Some management can get pushy about giving customers survey cards and other incentives like this, that can be a bit annoying.
