      I can only share about inpatient nursing at SSTAR. If you are a new grad or make many, many, many, medication errors you are a perfect fit. If you are rude to clients and tell them to wait for everything they ask for you are in. If you are on your cell phone continuously you will last there more than most.

      none - nothing about the job was good once the CEO took over in 2023

      Cons

      all of them- CEO very greedy, condesending, management thinks they know better than the nurses on the floor when they are not medical professionals
