Pros

You get to leave at the of your shift

Cons

The CEO does not care about people, just profit, and it's a nonprofit organization. If you value your mental health and personal life, don't work here.

Pros

They pay for your licenses renewals.

Cons

The large amount of controlled substances you will be asked to refill and prescribe. Verbal and emotional abuse from supervisors. Once you sign the HRSA loan you are trapped.

Pros

Supporting other addicts in recovery

Cons

I can only share about inpatient nursing at SSTAR. If you are a new grad or make many, many, many, medication errors you are a perfect fit. If you are rude to clients and tell them to wait for everything they ask for you are in. If you are on your cell phone continuously you will last there more than most.
