HR keep changing employees break time and OT policy, 12hr work but getting paid only for 10hr. Used to be 12hr pay with 4d3d/wk working pattern to weekly 4days with addition 2-3days/mth with 2hr unpaid meal break. Still limit your own unpaid 2 hr to go for 2separate 45mins lunch & tea break & 2 toilet 15min break. By doing so HT save money on OT payout only need to pay 10hr when u work for full shift 12hr
