Pros
Your standard benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k. They have company events from time to time: pot lucks, bbqs, team building activities, family days. People are all really nice and welcoming.
Cons
Company is very revenue driven and only pays attention to the sales team. They keep investing there but forget about the support teams that have to keep up with the new clients/business. Everyone in support gets burnt out and is expected to put in a ton of overtime for no extra pay. They say they reward top performers, but instead they are usually underpaid and unappreciated (unless they are in sales). No room for advancement. There is really no official HR department and we don't even have a handbook. Rules are changed however the leadership team feels at the moment instead of going by policy. There is no communication to the entire company about major changes or events and everyone is expected to just flow with it. No preparations are made for hiring or training of staff so there is a lot of strain on employees.
