      Pros

      The people are nice. The atmosphere is relaxed and everyone feels comfortable.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t really care about the main business and it looks like they are just waiting to retire. Even the new ones don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Most really good employees leave after a few years but the ones who are just happy to cash their checks stick around for 20 years.

      Because is s small company the ability for advancement is limited

      Benefits and commission could be beneficial

      Cons

      Lots of unkept promises and smoke in mirrors making it very difficult for long term success and explaining high turnover
