Pros
cool product, great colleagues, awesome idea COO and SVP of Product are genuinely smart, good, and caring people that are pouring their hearts and time into this business.
Cons
CEO is laughably out of touch with the rest of the company. And when he does step out of his ivory tower to speak with employees, he doesn't ask questions...just goes on long soliloquies about random stuff. Senior management puts out a message about cutting costs but then stays at a higher end hotel during conferences while keeping the rest of the company at a cheaper, not great hotel. (then lays off around 15% of the company) Product needs work (but it is getting there). Just be wary of it and ask a lot of questions about the gaps in it if you are thinking of joining.
