Pros

Great learning till 6 months after that pretty much everything is stagnant Working here will set your expectations so low about a company that after it you pretty much can work anywhere competitive and good salaries for a beginner full responsibility (and blame) of your project or feature The only good thing about the company are the peers you make here. very good and helpful people.

Cons

incompetent leadership -The managers here are the ones who got placed here from college and are here since then so they haven't really seen anything else besides from this company which is why they are highly territorial , biased , have a very fragile ego and "toxic" HR in other companies take care of both - the company and the employees but here the HR is more sort of a monitor who has to make the rules stricter and stricter to as they call it "maintain discipline". According to them it is to increase productivity but it only decreases an employee's confidence in the company. It's actually not their fault...their leadership - The CEO is pretty much the roots of all the toxicity.

Pros

Good place if you have no life outside of work, enjoy working 14+ hours a day, and don't mind being blamed for problems you didn't create.

Cons

One of the most toxic work environments I've experienced. The company is severely understaffed yet expects junior employees to handle impossible workloads with no training or knowledge transfer. Internal politics and blame-shifting are everywhere. Credit for work is often taken by others, while mistakes are pushed onto whoever is most convenient. People just to protect their skins rather taking accountability and managing things in a better way. Work-life balance is nonexistent. Working from morning until midnight was treated as normal, weekends disappeared, and burnout was seen as "your lack of handling pressure". The culture is built on fear, public criticism, and scapegoating. Poor planning, unrealistic timelines, and management failures are blamed on individuals, especially newer employees. I eventually became one of those scapegoats.
