Pros

Relatively easy job without any degree needed.

Cons

As many other recent reviews point out overall the company is going downhill quickly. Management in each department has there own set of rules and not rules that are over all the company. Favoritism is all over the place. If you want a day off or a promotion all the matters is who likes you and who doesn't. They will hire in and say no working weekends how great the schedule is no overtime. Well once your hired in you will quickly know there has been mandatory overtime in certain departments for years now. The way things are heading is more about pushing the employees to there limit while gaining the most profit out of them. Hard work is rewarded less and less and moral across the board is falling. Human Resources is beginning to only protecting the company not the employees this was apparent through Covid19. Again if you looking at working here expect to work mandatory overtime and likely mandatory Sunday overtime.

Pros

Good insurance. 5% 401k match. 7% of your gross goes in your 401k via profit share. Good amount of PTO. A lot of the people. Climate controlled. Clean environment.

Cons

Hourly pay too low to deal with their BS. Too much OT after promising none. Haven’t seen the plant manager in literally years. Production floor manager is full of it and plays favorites to the extreme. Unless you’re part of the clique, you’ll get nowhere. Instead of raises, we got board games for the break room. The restaurant in the building is gross and a joke. They preach that they’re “like a family”, but only because they want you working there for cheap. Should’ve never taken 12’s away just to mandate 10-20 hours of OT per week. No real recognition or appreciation ever.
