Pros
not many pro, company was much better before the owner died.
Cons
unclear expectations, no real leadership from corporate, expectations that you take on multiple jobs because they have serious staffing issues and a very high turnover rate, seems like they make things up as they go most of the time. There are better opportunities and better companies out there.
