Cons
- Extremely poor culture, too political. Management only care for their own interests and own people. Nepotism abounds. People who have different strengths or different from them will be driven out. - Too relationship-focused. Those who cannot deliver results are able to survive as long as they have the right kind of connection and know how to curry favor with the right people. - Low-graded staff are protected by Unions. They can choose what they like to do, even if they don't do any work, nobody will bother. Managers are afraid of them and they are at the mercy of them.
