Pros
Despite being in operation for 18 years, the company continues to follow a hire-and-fire policy without any prior notice, leaving employees insecure and unsupported. Many colleagues and I have experienced delayed salaries and unfulfilled incentive promises. Worse, employees are sometimes asked to leave on the spot, with verbal assurances that pending dues will be cleared—but after exit, there's no communication or follow-up. HR does not respond to calls or messages, leaving former employees in the dark. A company of this age should prioritize transparency, employee welfare, and ethical HR practices. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here.
