Worst place to work in S Florida - Anonymous employee ScheduALL Employee Review

I worked in some hi-tech companies in my career; rarely a company gives you the opportunity to have your life in synergy with your duties to the company. ScheduALL is one of a kind, where life events can be considered. In addition, the company has excellent individuals, professionals in their positions. From HR all the way to company's-management - super intelligent, professionals, and caring team. As I was in the development team, we had excellent team members lead by an excellent Development Manager whom on top of everything, plus a great individual to work with. Highly recommended!

Health insurance in not best in the market

I am really surprised to see lot of negative reviews about this Company. I guess, just the unhappy ones are taking time to say something here. This is indeed one of the best places that I have ever worked for. I would not say everything about this company is 100% perfect. However, It is one of those rare companies where you could get in at 9 am and leave exactly at 6 pm without having to work on the weekends. Work/life balance is very good and management is very flexible if you have to go somewhere for few hours for personnel things. PTO policy has really improved and it is very easy to use and generous. Pay is average to Industry standards. The best thing about this company is most employees in this company are amazing individuals who are very friendly and helpful. They have a truly wonderful HR department, co-owners of this company are really down to earth and friendly individuals. I have always seen them let every one leave early before every long week-ends and do everything possible to care for the employees. If you get into this company, I am sure you will keep learning something new everyday unlike in most companies where your role is very limited and restricted.

Promotions from within are very rare. That is mainly because the company has not really grown much even though it is doing just about everything right. Another main concern is if there is a bad apple in the group, be ready to deal with that person for ever, because the management never likes to fire anyone, which could be a good thing and at time a bad thing for the group and company.
