Pros
The team is friendly, nice and fun to work with, there's great people! However, the employee turnover is extremely high, at least two people leave every week.
Cons
-Irregularities such as giving away jobs, without going through formal applications or interviews, not treating everyone fairly and equally. -No career progression and development. -Managers are very young, inconsistent, unexperienced and unprofessional. -The museum is more a theme park now, a huge commercial play area. Making money is the only priority.
