I had the chance to solve different technical challenges and gain experience with projects of varying sizes and complexity. Management is approachable, and there is a strong culture of trust and flexibility.

      Since the company primarily works on client-based projects, there may occasionally be idle periods depending on project availability. That said, the company handles such situations professionally and does its best to support employees through changing market conditions and project demands.
