Pros

Really good team. As a tech lead I had the freedom to make my own calls and management actually listened to the technical side instead of micromanaging. Learned a lot here, both on the engineering side and as a lead. People help each other out, clients were good to work with, and the day to day was genuinely enjoyable. No regrets, left on good terms.

Cons

Not much to complain about. You do need to pick things up fast and get comfortable with tech stacks you haven't touched before, so it helps to be adaptable. You might also end up working with clients in different timezones, which can stretch your hours a bit, but overall these are small things.

Great work environment with a healthy work-life balance. Team members are friendly, supportive, and easy to collaborate with. The company provides opportunities to learn new technologies and work on a variety of projects across different industries, which helps accelerate professional growth. I had the chance to solve different technical challenges and gain experience with projects of varying sizes and complexity. Management is approachable, and there is a strong culture of trust and flexibility.

Cons

Since the company primarily works on client-based projects, there may occasionally be idle periods depending on project availability. That said, the company handles such situations professionally and does its best to support employees through changing market conditions and project demands.
