      Good place to work if you need flexible hours - C++ Software Engineer Scopic Software Employee Review

      Pros

      - Flexible hours - Work from home or anywhere - Competitive salary relative to my region (13$/h for middle) - Teammates. They could be from different part of the world. So it's good place to train English - Don't feel much pressure from management

      Cons

      I had performance reviews and rise once a year. Maybe that was only for me I don't know. Maybe would be better to make reviews at least 2 time a year but with lower increase in salary.

Of course we're always happy to talk to employees about their performance; unfortunately, with so many colleagues, it is just not practical to conduct performance reviews more frequently. But you can certainly count on annual performance reviews and raises for good performance. We look forward to continuing to grow with you.

      friendly colleagues who always can help you to improve your career path plus: flexible time when 100% is remote

      No Cons to working with Scopic - great team and environment.
