      1. opportunity to work on various different projects and technologies 2. company provides a lot of different courses and training 3. friendly colleagues 4. it is a remote company but hr is doing their best to organize events and give employees opportunities to hang out and get to know each other better through fun events

      Cons

      - number of vacation days is a bit smaller than the general standard
