A lot of great people work here, interesting industry, retirement planning using ESOP structure (if you can stand the working conditions)
Cons
Extreme burnout, unengaged employees, inflexible work arrangements (rigid daily start and end times), no remote options, absolutely no consideration for work/life balance, too much ambiguity in job responsibilities, no paternity leave, minimal maternity leave, only 2 weeks of vacation until 7 years of employment (even for mid-career professionals), upper management does not listen to middle managers, high turnover, toxic office environment, no modern benefits, lack of diversity
