      Most of the staff are fine, and students can be good. If you never try, you can coast. Hardly inspiring though.

      Cons

      Worst people management I have ever seen. Senior leadership are either bullying or absent. No credit given but plenty of credit taken.

      Great place to work, everyone was very friendly, the senior scientists are open to suggestions and questions.

      Cons

      Pay low if living in Edinburgh city, and 9 month probation period at lower pay made it difficult.
