      Great people, fair working practices and lovely students. Lots of opportunities for right people.

      Cons

      Culture can be a little toxic in some departments and some senior mgt are very removed from ‘the shop floor’. Pay is not great at all but that’s more of a sector wide issue.

      Great place to work, everyone was very friendly, the senior scientists are open to suggestions and questions.

      Cons

      Pay low if living in Edinburgh city, and 9 month probation period at lower pay made it difficult.
