      Pros

      Great work life balance. Little overtime, very M-F 8-5.

      Cons

      Employees are not valued, pay is low, benefits are terrible, and the CEO constantly micromanages. There are opportunities at the various related divisions, but there is little room for advancement at the corporate office.

      Pros

      Where i work the place is great. Easy to work with people, supportive team, and little drama. Great work schedule, 4 days, 10 hour shifts. Sometimes overtime on Friday, but still have plenty time off.

      Cons

      Working HQ, can be stressful, but not terrible. Supply changes are a hassle, but it's true everywhere.
