Pros

Colleagues are amazing, so kind and approachable. Office space is nice and spacious. Communities available both social and professional. The nicest company I ever worked for - until the end.

Cons

Colleagues were put under immense pressure at the end of 2025 where more redundancies were announced. Half of the testing department were made redundant. This has caused incredible pressure for those that lost their job and competing in a ridiculously tough market. Colleagues were given 1 day notice to leave the company and did not get to say goodbye or wish each other well. For a supposed people oriented company this is terrible. It seems every 2 or so years they have a flushing out technique announcing redundancies. Year on year scott logic are losing millions according to companies house accounts. Senior management were once approachable and involved. Information is now hidden and no longer transparent. Instead it is pushed down. Colleagues were pigeonholed into their skillset and little opportunity to go on projects that offered new skills. Those with years of experience are brought on to failing projects to improve collaboration and communication and delivery as SL seem to upset and anger clients showing poor delivery. Also accepting contracts that are impossible to meet. This prevents learning new skills needed for the market. Too many staff being put on improvement plans and brought into disciplinaries. Often excellent staff who have done nothing wrong. Colleagues leaving in waves for over 2 years now.
