Pros
Some of the operators are nice and helpful.
Cons
The SEPA contact centre (SCC) is at the bottom of the pecking order. It is understaffed, overworked and under pressure. If a department in SEPA wants to off load work it comes to the SCC. Even though there isn’t enough staff to support the workloads. SCC accepts it as they are people pleasers. Pity they don’t like pleasing their own staff. Senior management all turn a blind eye to the problems in SCC. They choose to sweep everything under the carpet. They reward bullies by putting incapable management on special projects. There is no availability for annual leave, work shadowing or training courses. Some hints and tips on how to be a successful candidate. 1. Be a bully and you’ll be rewarded. 2. Have expert knowledge on how to intimidate colleagues. 3. Be an expert working in an low morale and low team morale environment. 4. Be able to work independently don’t expect support from management. However do something wrong and you’ll be rewarded by being ‘pulled up’ in-front of everyone.
