Parties throughout the year, clean environment, friendly people, plenty of OT available, bonuses throughout the year and managers who talk to you and treat you like a human. They're super cool with working around your family and doctor appointments. Oh and i love the free coffee that they provide, who complains over free brand name coffee?

Training could be a little better and if you have to take Highland Rd to work you will be stuck in traffic to and from work ugh.

Management has finally eliminated some of the bed employees who had badd attitudes and who are unable to do their jobs. The new software and new equipment purchases have really helped us to get our production done faster. They offer plenty of over time and do not force you usually to work the over time if you have things to do. The location of the building is very close to the turnpike and a highway and also the metro parks. They have cookouts in pot lucks often all at least the last year or 2 they have. I've seen several of my fellow coworkers get promoted so they promote and hire within which is positive and gives us purpose to work harder. Yes I work in production and no in the front office. Also the graphics department and customer service departments have improved greatly the couple of months.

Management must start to eliminate negative or bed and please faster as it slows us all down. I know they want to offer 2nd and 3rd chances but again this weighs on the whole production team when you do that as you can see from the negative reviews below that was happening all day every day thankfully they're finally gone. Please try to work on the insurance for this year.
