      Pouyan and Cyrus are exceptional leaders! They lead by example and have created a feedback culture at Scratchpad. You will be challenged, and you will grow not just professionally but personally. Your contributions to the company do not go unnoticed--they truly value you. Oh, and also, Pouyan has amazing breakdancing skills you may be lucky to witness on the dance floor--ask for the company offsite 2022 footage :D Let him know you heard it from Kat. :)

      Cons

      As in any startup --there is a lot of change. You need to be used to the start-up life and roll with it.

      Pros

      The product team is really strong and enjoyable to partner with. Customers absolutely love the product which is very motivating. There’s no shortage of challenges to take on. Ownership is very important and you will get the opportunity to lead projects no matter your level (scope will vary). There are some very good and experienced engineers on the team and they are good at giving feedback on your engineering specs and PRs which will help you raise your level. If you’re looking for opportunities to work on technical leadership, you will have plenty here.

      Engineering team is still small so not a place to kick back and relax.
