Anyone below management are very friendly and are the backbone of the company! C-suite leaders were welcoming and friendly
Cons
1. Poor leadership from management - too many Director's / Head of Dept with nothing to do. 2. Nepotism - application process unfair, friends getting roles who quite frankly were poor at the job they had never mind getting a promotion. 3. Gender bias - linked to the nepotism, male dominated company. A male manager once said that he does not like to manage women - leave that there!!! 4. Gaslighting - no ownership or accountability of actions but would rather cause innocent employees unnecessary suffering in the workplace. 5. Blame culture - enough said! 6. No or little development opportunities. 7. Most people leave due to their mental health.
