It was a great experience . Loved the work culture and peer communication.

No cons for the company.

Don't get me wrong, possible exposure is good but only if you're lucky and you've got a bold leader as your manager, which is hardly the case. What I mean by that is a kind of manager who cares about their team as well and not just is after pleasing top management. I know people who've been lucky that way. Most have not been.

1. Low Pay / Pay policies are bad. Defined in a way that you'd put in more work to make more money (but you'd never make that money) 2. Leadership is weird. Self centric. They care the least for their employees. Everyone else they do. 3. Culture is draining.
