Really nothing as per current standards compared other similar companies
Cons
No benefits, zero understanding of how to help staff learning industrial and role relevant skills, too much ego on senior level, trying to have outlook of a great company without really making the actual efforts, HRs are hopeless, most public holidays are not given especially religious ones where employees have to take leave, people are leaving the company on daily basis.
