Pros
I love working at SSG Baltimore because my voice and opinions are valued, we are asked for ideas, we are heard and encouraged. At SSG Baltimore, my managing partner cares about my (and my colleagues) success. He wants to see us reach our goals and more. It is rare to find a manager who is self-less and passionate about the success of his employees and the business, before himself. We are not only welcomed, but encouraged to be ourselves. The culture is positive and tight knit. We work hard together and know how to laugh. I enjoy waking up to come to work. I get to come to a place where I know I am making a difference in the company and in the lives of our candidates/clients.
Cons
This industry is tough. There are ups and downs, but this is also what makes it fun. You never know what can happen. You can lose a deal one day and the next one could fall from the sky. This is the nature of the business. As for SSG Baltimore, I see no major cons. The work life balance is all what you make it.
