Pros

Easy work, emails only, remote work although that’s changing soon so yikes

Cons

An absolute whirlwind and not in a fun way. First off, our jobs on the sales team were/are to present a fake profile of a candidate that does not exist. We say they are interested in the company and ready to start immediately, and we try to get them to sign priority agreements to pay money up front before we even have any candidate ready/found. We had to keep lying to them even after they asked to see a resume. It didn’t make any sense nor did it feel right. We also used aliases of one of the three presidents, so we had to lie about who we were as well. Also for the recruiting side, they were told to lie and pitch candidates anyway, even if it was on site in another state and they wanted remote only/didn’t want to relocate. This inevitably caused plenty of problems for the individual interviewing, SSG, and the company they were working with. They would literally say things in company wide meetings like “we need to see people as dollar signs, not people”. It started off very chill, a great job and way to learn the ropes of the field. Everyone seems nice until you get to know them, and if someone is truly nice and genuine, they will leave within a matter of months of being there. If you notice with these reviews, most people leaving 1 or 2 star reviews worked here for less than a year and people leaving 4 and 5 stars have been here for years/haven’t left after quite a while. People say that the owner/CEO Jeremy is evil, which I completely do believe although I personally had almost no contact with him. But do NOT be fooled by the “niceness” of his wife, the president of staffing - she is honestly probably worse because there are no warnings about her. When you figure it out, it’s too late. Blanket advice: just don’t trust anyone and heed all these Glassdoor warnings/if you already work there, even if it’s only been a little while, start looking for another job.

Pros

A great place to build your career. The leadership team encourages new ideas and gives employees the opportunity to take ownership and make an impact. If you're willing to work hard and contribute, your voice will be heard and your ideas can become reality.

Cons

The environment is fast-paced and performance-driven. There are times when longer hours and occasional after-hours work are needed to meet goals and support growth.

Pros

An Incredible Company That Truly Cares About Its People Search Solution Group is an exceptional place to work. Over my nearly ten years with the company, I have primarily worked remotely, and management has consistently provided me with everything I need to succeed. What truly sets this company apart is that leadership genuinely cares about its employees. A few years ago, I had to take medical leave for over a year. The support and empathy I received from the entire organization during that difficult time was truly humbling. When I was ready to return, the team worked diligently alongside me to ensure a smooth, seamless transition back into my role. The leadership team has built a culture that champions hard work and grit, and the entire workforce feeds off that positive energy and dedication. I couldn't be prouder to be a part of this team.

Cons

This can be a highly challenging industry if you aren't willing to put in the time and effort required to succeed. Success here demands a high level of intrinsic motivation; effort and dedication are baseline requirements, and they can't be taught.
