Pros
People care throughout the credit union for the work, employees, and members. Work toward alignment and optimization is happening. Some very good leaders and colleagues throughout. Innovation is needed and desired. Great benefits, compensation is competitive, learning opportunities for growth. Strong positive change recently. Come if you want to learn, be stretched. The greatest benefit is you will gain diverse experiences and work. You'll wear a lot of hats.
Cons
People care and try, but some leaders feel out of touch to the real needs, or not necessarily as connected to get to the root of the issues. Some bureaucracy.

The senior team has a clear vision for the future. Management is empowered to do their job, The credit union staff are the most amazing and supportive staff I've ever worked with. There is lots of positive change happening which makes the future exciting. Remote positions available for work and life balance.
Cons
There are some working silos, but the credit union is actively working through this to hold more meetings and be more transparent about activities.

The benefits were fantastic during my time there. Some legitimately great people to work with across departments.
Cons
Broken culture. There is massive turn over. Management doesn't view people with empathy.
