Pros

Free/discounted tickets Minimum wage is higher than in other counties

Cons

Inconsistent treatment of employees by management. A lot of younger employees were very unprofessional but treated much better and given more hours than more professional and fully capable employees who had been on the team longer. If you don’t volunteer to work late or do the crappy shifts regularly, forget about being scheduled for longer than a 3 hour shift or asked to help out with special events. Felt like management was threatened by other female presence on the team and most women who worked with me ended up quitting due to the hostility. Team culture definitely was iffy - younger employees started a lot of drama and were outright mean to others and proper disciplinary action wasn’t taken. Had to work with coworkers who made sexist jokes to me and to others and felt my manager didn’t take it seriously.
