Pros

Some of the team were excellent people and very supportive Lots to do work and project-wise ExCo and most Leadership accessible and good to work with

Cons

No progression opportunities Rude managers in other locations who didn't want to collaborate properly No real support from Leadership Favouritism Diversity in team was little to none

Pros

Pros include the livable salary, 401k match, seasoned counterparts, and some independence.

Cons

There is some potential for this product to work in the US, however, management makes little attempt to listen and take action on the growing need for marketing to make the product convert outside of a couple major East coast cities. This will be the next failing platform without better, more flexible operations and leadership. This means goals that are unobtainable and many sorrowfilled emails to partners advising of a failed sale. Also, management is not transparent, reorganizing efforts happen often and stability is never felt. If you want to feel valued and meet or exceed goals and get bonuses, don't work here.
